THERAPY
For High-Achieving Adults Struggling with Anxiety, Burnout & People-Pleasing
You’re driven, capable, and reliable — the one others depend on. But beneath the surface, you’re overthinking, tense, and running on empty. Rest feels uncomfortable. Saying no feels impossible. And no matter how much you accomplish, it never quite feels like enough.

If perfectionism, attachment patterns, or chronic stress are shaping your life more than you’d like, therapy can help you feel calmer, more grounded, and more secure, without losing the parts of you that helped you succeed.
I'm here for you.
What are you struggling with?
Burnout +
High-Functioning Anxiety
Are you constantly pushing through exhaustion, telling yourself you’ll slow down after the next deadline, goal, or milestone? Do you feel 'tired but wired', with a mind that won’t shut off and a body that never quite relaxes? Therapy can help you understand the patterns driving burnout and anxiety, calm your nervous system, and learn how to move through life with more ease - without losing your ambition or sense of purpose.
People-Pleasing + Perfectionism
Are you feeling depleted from constantly trying to get things “just right,” meet high expectations, or avoid letting others down? Do guilt, self-criticism, or fear of disappointing people make it hard to set boundaries or slow down? Therapy can help you untangle perfectionism and people-pleasing, develop self-compassion, and learn how to choose yourself without the constant weight of guilt or “shoulds.”

Attachment + Relationship Patterns
Do relationships feel confusing, overwhelming, or harder than they “should” be? Do you find yourself overextending yourself, pulling away, or worrying about where you stand with others? Therapy can help you make sense of your attachment patterns, heal relational wounds, and build connections that feel safer, more balanced, and more fulfilling—starting with your relationship with yourself.
Fulfillment + Self-Trust
On paper, your life looks good - but something still feels off. Do you feel stuck, disconnected, or unsure what you actually want beneath all the responsibilities and expectations? Therapy can help you clarify what's most important to you, build trust within yourself, and move toward a life that feels meaningful and aligned—not just productive or acceptable.

Therapeutic Approaches
Here's a brief overview of the primary therapeutic approaches I use in my practice:
Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART)
ART supports your brain in processing difficult or traumatic memories at the root of your struggles so they no longer trigger intense emotional reactions. It’s structured, evidence-based, and often provides results in fewer sessions than traditional talk therapy. Learn more about how ART works on my ART page.
Mindfulness-Based Therapies
These practices teach practical ways to pause, calm your mind, and stay present, reducing stress, strengthening self-compassion, and improving focus in daily life. Over time, mindfulness can also help you respond to challenges more intentionally, rather than reacting automatically.
Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)
EFT helps you understand and work with your emotions, so you can respond to yourself and others with more clarity and compassion. By exploring underlying feelings, we can uncover patterns that may be keeping you stuck and develop healthier ways of relating to yourself and those around you.
Other Skills & Strategies
I integrate additional tools to build self-awareness, strengthen boundaries, and manage stress, so you can navigate challenges with confidence. I often incorporate somatic and body-based approaches to support nervous system regulation, helping you feel more grounded and present in your body.
