In-Person
If you're suffering from major screen fatigue and are looking for more intimate face-to-face connection, in-person sessions in our cozy Guelph office are the way to go. In-person sessions are also recommended if a private, quiet space is hard to come by at home.
Virtual
Want to take your appointments in your PJs from the comfort of your own home? Virtual appointments are perfect for you! You might also prefer virtual sessions if transportation is a challenge or you like the convenience of jumping on a call on your lunch break or after you've put the kids to bed.​

What to Expect

Initial Session
First time clients only. We start with a comprehensive assessment to understand what's really going on and establish an individualized treatment plan that meets your needs. 80 minute sessions are recommended for clients new to therapy or with a complex history. Want to see if we're the right fit before committing to a full session? Book a free 15-minute consultation.

Follow-up Sessions
Follow-up sessions are determined by the treatment plan established in our initial session and focus on treating the root of the issues you're facing. A range of therapeutic approaches may be used depending on your particular challenges. Read more about my treatment modalities here. 80 minute sessions are required for Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART).

50 Minute Appointments: $175
80 Minute Appointments: $265
Health & Safety
In order to keep appointments simple and safe, here is what you can expect from your visit:

Staff self-screen daily and do not attend the office if they pose a health risk.

If you have tested positive for COVID-19, are isolating as you await test results, or are feeling unwell, please contact us. Virtual sessions are offered if the risk of in-person services is too high and you are well enough to proceed with your appointment.
