Is this burnout?

Burnout doesn't always look the way you expect it to. Exhaustion is the part most people recognize. But burnout also shows up in your patience, your focus, your ability to enjoy things, and how your body feels at the end of the day.

This assessment looks at six areas where burnout commonly takes over. It takes about three minutes to complete. There's no email required and no right or wrong answers - just an honest snapshot of where you're at right now.

What you'll get

A score for each of the six areas rather than a single overall number. Two people can land on the same overall total and be in quite different situations. Someone whose exhaustion is high but whose sense of meaning is intact needs something different from someone who still feels capable but has stopped caring.

What this is and isn't

A reflection tool, not a diagnosis. Burnout isn't a clinical diagnosis the way depression or an anxiety disorder is, and no questionnaire can tell you what's driving your experience or capture the nuance of your situation. What it can do is help you make sense of something that's been hard to put into words.
