Hi, I'm Jenna

I come to this work not just as a therapist, but as someone who’s done her own healing around people-pleasing, overfunctioning, and relational anxiety.

I’ve been the “easy child,” the go-getter, the sensitive one. These are very much still a part of me, but through my own healing, I’ve come to see them with more appreciation and compassion. They’re also what help me connect deeply with the clients I work best with.

Through that process, I’ve learned how important safe, nurturing relationships are in healing. I also know—both personally and professionally—that insight alone isn’t always enough. Most people are looking for guidance and tools that help them feel more confident navigating life’s ups and downs with greater ease.

In our work together, my goal is to create a space where you feel genuinely seen, heard, and understood. You can expect warmth, gentle encouragement, and a healthy dose of humour, along with new perspectives and practical strategies to help you move toward the life you want to live.

On a personal note

Outside of the therapy office, you can usually find me curled up with a good book and a hot coffee, out on a trail with my pup Snoopy, or moving my body—running, yoga, or Hyrox lately. I love learning new things (right now: guitar and watercolour), and I’m almost always planning my next trip.
