Workplace Workshops on Burnout, Boundaries, and Sustainable Performance
Practical, evidence-informed sessions for organizations that want their people to thrive, not just cope.
For the ones who are good at their jobs and exhausted by them
Your team is capable, committed, and probably moving faster than is sustainable. High-performing environments don't just attract driven people — they tend to reward overextension until someone hits a wall. These workshops give teams practical language and tools for working well over the long term, not just getting through the week.
Sessions are tailored to your organization's context, culture, and goals. Whether you're looking for a lunch-and-learn, a leadership session, or a half-day workshop, I'll work with you to design something that fits.
Workshop Topics
Burnout at Work: What It Actually Looks Like and What To Do About It
Burnout is one of the most misunderstood workplace challenges, and one of the most costly. This session goes beyond stress management to help teams understand what burnout actually is, how it develops in high-demand environments, and what early intervention looks like at both the individual and organizational level. Practical, evidence-based, and grounded in real clinical experience working with high-achieving professionals.
Well suited for: healthcare teams, leadership groups, HR and people operations, any organization navigating high turnover or team exhaustion
Boundaries at Work: A Practical Session for High Performers
This isn't a workshop about saying no. It's about understanding why high achievers struggle with limits in the first place — and what gets in the way of protecting your time, energy, and focus even when you know you should. Participants leave with a clearer picture of where their limits are breaking down and concrete tools for changing that, without sacrificing their standards or their relationships at work.
Well suited for: sales teams, professional services, agencies, any environment driven by output, billable hours, or commission
The Cost of High Standards: Perfectionism, Overperformance, and Sustainable Success
In high-achieving organizations, perfectionism looks like an asset - until it isn't. This session explores the relationship between high standards, overperformance, and burnout risk, and offers a more sustainable model of excellence that doesn't require running on empty to maintain. Honest, nuanced, and designed for people who are genuinely good at what they do and want to stay that way.
Well suited for: healthcare, education, consulting, financial services, any culture where the bar is high and the pressure to meet it is constant
What to expect
Sessions are interactive and grounded in research and real clinical experience. I work with you before the session to understand your team's context, and tailor the material accordingly. Participants consistently describe sessions as practical, refreshingly honest, and immediately applicable.

About Jenna
I'm a registered social worker and therapist with a specialty in burnout, high-functioning anxiety, and the patterns that keep high-achieving people stuck. I work one-on-one with professionals navigating exhaustion, perfectionism, and the gap between how capable they are and how they actually feel — and I bring that same clinical depth to organizational settings.
I've delivered workshops for corporate leadership teams, wellness events, and professional organizations. My approach is evidence-informed, direct, and designed for people who have heard enough generic advice to know when something is actually useful.
